The Frame Building

The Frame Building is an existing 75,000 SF warehouse that was built in 1915 and will be repositioned into a high-end office building. The concept and design for The Frame Building refers to it’s historical use as an Art-Storage facility for the last 100 years and its pre-existing industrial character.

Higher Ground as the developer is overseeing the design & construction of the project, arranged all project financing, curated all marketing material and is assisting with the leasing efforts.
